Malý Slivník (Hungarian: Kisszilva) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1248.
The municipality lies at an elevation of 364 metres (1,194 ft) and covers an area of 2.606 km² (644 acres). It has a population of about 720 people.
